Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ScoreCo or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

ScoreCo is a credit file analysis platform that uses artificial intelligence to provide:

• A detailed analysis of your credit score and credit file
• Personalized recommendations to improve your score
• A 30, 60, and 90-day action plan
• Budget optimization based on your situation

3. Nature of Service — Important Disclaimer

ScoreCo provides recommendations for informational purposes only. Our service:

• Is not professional financial advice within the meaning of the law
• Does not replace consultation with a financial advisor, accountant, or certified financial planner
• Does not guarantee any specific improvement to your credit score
• Is based on automated artificial intelligence analysis, which may contain inaccuracies

You are solely responsible for the financial decisions you make following the use of our service.

4. Registration and Account

To use ScoreCo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Reside in Canada
• Provide a valid email address
• Upload your own credit file (not that of a third party)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

5. Payment

The credit file analysis is a one-time payment. There is no subscription or recurring fee. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final price, taxes included if applicable.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. ScoreCo does not store any credit card information.

6. Refund Policy

Given the digital and instant nature of the service (the analysis is generated immediately after payment), refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis. If the analysis could not be generated due to a technical issue on our end, a full refund will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (text, design, logos, code) is the property of ScoreCo. Analyses generated for your account are provided for personal use only. Any reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload another person's credit file without their consent
• Use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Circumvent the platform's security measures
• Resell or redistribute the generated analyses

9. Limitation of Liability

ScoreCo cannot be held liable for direct or indirect financial losses resulting from the use of our recommendations. The service is provided "as is", without guarantee of absolute accuracy of the analyses generated by artificial intelligence.

10. Protection of Personal Information

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the service after an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
